Basically, there are many hosts in each city. You chose some for a reason, because you think you will get along well with him/her, otherwise you’d have gone to a hostel or hotel instead. On the the hand, I accepted you because I think we vibe. Otherwise, why would I host?

Hosting can be exhausting and I had some guests who are not interested in the true spirit of couchsurfing, so I pick my guests carefully now

I certainly expect interaction, but that does not mean that I want to spend all day with you. I might have work, and you have exploring to do. Heck, if you tried to spend all your time in my home with me, I'd drag you out to do something together. If there’s something you want to do, feel free to invite me :)

I consider myself as a pretty easygoing guy, always open for an adventure, meeting new people and learning about new cultures/languages. I love slow travel, really getting to know the locals, language and culture. I love spontaneity and just going with the flow as most of the times it has been an unforgettable experience.

Usually I backpack with a sleep system and camping equipment so I can be anywhere.
