Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hanging out, there is time
Traveling, let's make a plan :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first heard about couchsurfing when i moved to Indonesia in 2010. From my first surfing experience through Acheh in Sumatra has been unforgettable being hosted by warm hearted people instead of sleeping in some-other accommodation. AND YES IT DOES SAVE YOU MONEY X ! - BUT it is more than that. My perspective of viewing the world as a tourist changed, and from there on I feel more as a traveler in this awesome couch surfing community/network. It's not always the places you see or the things you do, but it is the people we meet along this awesome journey of this life.

I met incredible people along the way that kept on giving me hope in humanity in this world. I value couchsurfing for the real friendships that i have made with extra ordinary people that has encouraged me as a traveller to want to seek and learn more. It is always an honor for me to meet travelers when I am in my hometown, and get to see my town through their eyes and share some special spaces of Cape Town. Meeting a traveller is like a gift to me, in the way that i get to know someone from somewhere else with their own perspective and experiences. Inspire me through cultural exchange! lets all hang out

I like to enjoin effort in attending and organising cs gatherings , hangouts and happenings in cities and places I may find myself in. It's awesome fun having people together and bringing people together. I enjoy this awesome meaningful lifestyle of life and travel meeting and getting to know amazing people with passion for adventure and the wide world! The gatherings of couchsurfers has been some of the most incredibly diverse boiling pot's where I have found myself simmering in, getting to know fellow travellers, locals and expats and sharing ideas!
