Hi! My name is Agnes and I'm a girl from Sweden who've been on this planet 23 years. So far in my life I've studied media communication and worked with home care and enjoyed living in Sweden. But after a year at work I had saved up enough money to start my first big adventure on my own. And it was gonna be Australia. I bought a one way ticket and didn't come home for 19 months, the best time of my life. I traveled almost all of Australia, work at farms, went snorkeling, drove a jeep on the world's biggest sand island and so much more. And so I fell in love with traveling.

In Australia I meet Fanny also a girl from Sweden 23 years. And yes her name is fanny. Funny thing is that when I presented myself in Australia, a lot of people thought I said anus. So we where a perfect match. Fanny and anus traveling the world. Very fast we became best friends. And now we are planning out next adventure.

So about me, like I said I love to travel and get new experiences, meet new people, see the world and explore different cultures. I'm always happy (except for when I'm hungry) and I still don't know what I want to do when I grow up. So until then I live day by day and try to make the best of every situation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm using couchsurf so I can get the best experience of where ever I am and really get to know the place like the locals. To go traveling is so amazing, but the best parts and places are the ones the tourist and backpackers don't know about. So couchsurf helps you with that, you get to know the places better and get to know amazing people.

Interests

I've played handball and football pretty much all my life but unfortunately had to quit because a knee injury. Other then that my interest are fashion, makeup and I can't live without music.

I listen to all kinds of music so can't decide on favorite. But one artist that I listen to the most is Bon Iver. Same deal with movies and books, I have no favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This would probably trekking up to Mt Everest base camp for 10 days. It's was really hard and I ended up getting sick but I'll never regret 1 second of it. Because it's the most amazing thing I've ever done.
