I'm a librarian. I studied on University of Warsaw in Poland. I am a very cheerful and optimistic person. I like to laugh and listen to interesting stories of other people. I also enjoy visiting various cities. It doesn't matter if they are big or small, every city has its own story to tell. I would like to visit as many of them as I can. I also want to see everything in the city that I'm visiting so when I come I go out for a whole day and come back in the evening just to rest. I'm not a party person. I enjoy good conversation but when I travel I like to rest at night so that I have the strength to explore the city in the morning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get to know new people so I participate in couchsurfing meetings in Warsaw and I plan to travel and use couchsurfing to find friendly hosts. Unfortunately I can't host anyone at the moment but I hope that someday I will be able to do that as well.

Interests

I like to see new places and read books. Some people tell me that I read too much but I don't listen to them. I think that reading is one of the best things that anyone can do. I also like to watch movies and meet with my friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite band is Arctic Monkeys. I like to listen to the radio from time to time. I like to watch movies directed by Quentin Tarantino, Jim Jarmusch, Pedro Almodovar and Woody Allem. When it comes to TV shows I like to watch "Game of thrones", "House of cards", "The walking dead" and Doctor who". When it comes to books... I read too much. I like modern polish literature (my favourites are J. Bator "Ciemno, prawie noc" and S. Twardoch "Morfina") but I also read the classics. Recently I started reading Biography of London written by Peter Ackroyd. My favourite books that I can read over and over are all the books written by Jane Austen and all the books from Harry Potter series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing experiences I had was my trip to Prague churches on Church Night with my friend Dominika. We managed to see many churches, some of them organised choir perfomances that were really beautiful. It was rainy but warm so we just walked around the city not paying much attention to the weather.

I want to practice speaking english as much as I can. I also want to know as much as I can about the city that I visit.
