I'm looking to explore and break out of my routine. I want to travel the world. There too many people in the world to stay in your own circle. I want to meet new and interesting people, volunteer, teach, and learn.
I am a writer, activist, and organic permaculturist. My main focus is human and ecological rights and equity. If you want to check out my writing, my website is www.toolsofcontrol.com.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I currently live in Providence RI in my parents house temporarily where I grow organic food for the homeless. We have a house that is way bigger than we need. There are four empty bedrooms. I would like to host people and travel as much as I can, but I am most interested in traveling. I would love to visit Scandinavia, Uruguay, Chile, New Zealand, Australia, Ukraine, Nepal, Madagascar, Amsterdam, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Peru, Brazil, India, Cuba, Argentina, France, Catalonia, Exarcheia, Germany, and pretty much everywhere that is not America. The biodiversity and indigenous peoples of Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Chile really draw me to them. I am especially interested in meeting Mapuche activists.
Reading, writing, anarchism, environmental justice, food sovereignty, indigenous peoples, sustainable permaculture, agroforestry, food forests, painting, drawing, playing music, running, hiking, climbing mountains, adventures, beaches, traveling, learning new languages, and good beer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I helped clean out a polluted river recently with a watershed council, waders, and canoes. We got several truckloads of trash and tires out. Not sure if that's amazing but it was very rewarding.
