Hello people ! Such a great idea to stay in Brive -la-Gaillarde :) I would love to host you at home, but, please, read my profile. Maybe you will find the key into it ?

I'm Arnaud (strange way to write Arno, but French spelling is a bitch sometimes), and I'm 31 years old ! I was born in the suburbs of Paris, and I thank the destiny for that. Thanks to it, I have my mind full of Indian, Arabic, Turkish and African words, beautiful names, and my stomach is full of good recipies ! Yummy Yummy !

After my 20 first years, I began to travel, visiting French countrysides, and beautiful cities. You know French landscapes are at least, as many as French cultures. I've studied in Lille, Marseille and in Belgium ! From 2015 to March 2019, I had my first job in Paris downtown. During those three years, I enjoyed the beautiful streets and monuments and host a couple of surfers ! But, at the end, I felt stressed by the noises, the lights, the lack of green areas and the crazy number of people. This is why I chose to come to a smaler city : Brive-la-Gaillarde. And here is where I can host you and what I can show you : a beautiful city and an even more beautiful countryside with lots of mounts and rivers.

Most of the day, I work as an engineer, for the French State in industrial safety. It deals with big machines, protecting, population and environment ! I'm quite happy and proud of my mission !

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Do you remember that Couchsurfing is older than Airbnb ? Don't you think this is fucking amazing ? People love to share, I love to share ! During my first Couchsurfing experience, I watch the movie "Harold and Maude", and one of the song says

"Don't be shy, just let your feelings roll on by,
Don"t wear fear, or nobody will know you're there,
Just lift you head, and let your feelings out instead."

Since this moment, I have this song in my head, and everything is easier. Please, tell me if you love Cat Stevens as I do before asking me to stay =). Come as you are, stand-alone, or if you want a guide, I am versatile =). I'm so happy because I know that I have a lot of things to discover with you =). It's not only about to show you the city, and to teach you some French words (Putain Ohlala !), but it's all about connecting, melting our souls.
