Overview
About Me
Hello, world! I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. I was an exchange student in the U.S. for a year in high school and now I am living my second life as an exchange student in France for 6 months.
In France, I am studying political science at Sciences Po, and also film and literature as a double major back in Korea. Overall, I am very interested in culture and arts and I like to take pictures with my old film camera. So if you allow me, I can capture your city in a beautiful and nostalgic way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm planning to travel to various cities in Europe. However, I still don't have enough funds to keep booking many hotels as I'm a student yet.
Above all, I'm sure it will be a truly unforgettable experience for me if I meet a local in a European city that is still (kind of) unfamiliar to me. I'm always curious and want to know the shining corners and hidden attractions of the city that only YOU know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the experience of interviewing an Italian director as a press reporter at the Busan International Film Festival. It was the first time in my life that I interviewed a director. We talked a lot about the city itself, about the time and space that the film deals with, and finished the interview beyond the set time. It was a truly overwhelming experience for me and an unforgettable moment in my life.
Also, my first backpacking trip in Indonesia for two months is one of the best things I've done in my life.
