ABOUT ME

i have dark blond hair and blue eyes, am 5'9", healthy, sometimes bearded, sometimes bespectacled....
I have been studying classical Indian music for nearly two decades. I perform regularly in the Bay Area and teach privately and in schools nearly every day. I also perform and teach internationally, including Brazil, West africa, Europe, India, Japan, Indonesia, and Turkey.
I have been all the way to Timbuktu and I have fun stories to tell about many of my adventures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to get involved with community events wherever I travel. I also play music and am always happy to share, entertain, heal, jam! I love learning new languages...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a few times but many years ago. I have stayed with couch surfing hosts in several towns in France, Ireland, The US, and probably some I'm forgetting. In the US I have couchsurfed in Conneticut, Fresno, and more.

I love tea, tabla, music from all over the world, languages, cultural exchange, coffee, wine, beer, good food, animals, dance and theater, trees....

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I sat in on drums at the only bar in Timbuktu, Mali, and then gave the drummer my nice sticks from America because all he had was think tree branches to play with.
