My friends usually describe me as ambitious. I love to try new things, and don't mind if I fail or things go poorly. I keep an open mind and love to laugh and be weird. I have big dreams and think anything is possible, but often get distracted by delicious food, interesting people and captivating stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I crashed on a different couch every weekend for about 8 months in 2012. I was travelling for work, but rather than go back home for the weekend (Chicago), I went somewhere random and figured things out from there. FUN FACT: Most people are really awesome! It just takes an effort on your part to figure that out.

Interests

When I am stuck indoors, I love video games, programming, old movies and un-popular music. When outdoors I love biking, hiking and tossing around a Frisbee. I love trying new foods and exploring hidden places. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories, but I enjoy making new stories even more.

I went skydiving outside of Chicago, felt an earthquake in Tokyo, surfed in Los Angeles, raved in Austin, jumped off a cliff in Houston, went hiking in New Zealand, scuba dived in Thailand, zip lined in Guatemala, scuba dived in Honduras, and caught lobsters for lunch in Belize.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic programming, math or science, computer skills, how to sell BS ideas as a consultant, lol.

I want to learn how to ski, snowboard, surf, play the piano, play the guitar, or any other portible-type instrument.
