Exploring the world, exchange knowledge , culture and life experience with people from different locations, backgrounds,mentalities, have closer view on areas of world and its inhabitants which have been blind areas for me..& some adventures in between :)

PHILOSOPHY

Real happiness is inner piece , No Pain ..No Gain , as pain is the pricr of growth.
No good deeds go for vain, being humble is most important to be great, acknowledging mistakes is the first way to recover'em,What doesn't kill me, it will make me stronger for sure, I look at the past only to learn and have a better future, life is not only about achieving goals at the end of the journey ..but also enjoying the ride!!

Reading, Poetry, Languages, cultural exchange, Music (learning guitar) Sports (Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis , Running , Swimming, driving, and surfing) I also teach fitness classes as a part timer , Movies ...and of course Travelling!! :)

my favorite movies are: the Matrix, Inception, Interstellar, Forrest Gump , Brave Heart, The English Patient, Legends of the Fall, Avatar, The Departed , Fight Club...and ALL animation movies :)
Music: I'm not really a typical fan of specific music I enjoy whatever it touches me but my favorites could be Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Dido, Mettalica , Nickleback, Maroon 5, Scorpions ,Micheal Jackson, Evanescence , Cold Play, Frank Sinatra , James Blunt , Fairouz , Amr Diab, and Cairokee (best Egyptian band ever)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Mmm..I taught myself swimming , I've been to around 30 countries with an Egyptian passport (which is quite an achievement ) .. i skied the Alps, I surfed Atlantic and Indian oceans , and I jumped into a waterfall once :)

My biggest passion is to learn about different cultures and share those experience , in my opinion this might change the world, i.e. when all cultures listen , share and understand each others.

A nice souvenir/treat from Egypt :D (or from wherever I'm coming from) , I'm also happy to treat them a meal or a drink wherever they like :)
