I left the States mid May 2015 starting my world journey in Europe not knowing I'd end up where I am now which is Almere, Netherlands living with my Dutchy boyfriend who I met in Australia. Since I have now finally unpacked my suitcase after 3 years we would love to give back to the Couchsurfing community.
Of course as all people say, we prefer a true genuine backpacker who isn't just trying to freeload for a quick place to sleep. I'll be around to share stories and show you around if you'd like or even take a day trip to Amsterdam or wherever else you'd like. I have 40% off train rides (€4.20 one-way to AMS). I know how difficult it can be to find a host in the city centre of Amsterdam so Almere might be a great alternative. 😉

We live in the city centre of Almere-Buiten, 3 minute walk to the train station or 1 minute to the bus stop
5 min train to Almere Centrum /1 hr walk /16 min bike
39 minute train to Amsterdam Centraal
36 minute train to Schiphol Airport

I had a lot of help throughout my travels through also Wwoofing and Helpx. With Couchsurfing I've now been fortunate enough to have seen 26 Countries plus have met countless lovely fellow travelers/hosts.
My goal is to travel as much as possible and to see what this crazy world has offer while meeting solid like minded people along the way
