我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I realized that 1 year of living in a remote location in the middle of a forest, difficult to reach, minimal internet connection and electricity only available from 8 pm to 10 pm and various other limitations was a very correct decision. Through long reflection and seeing various educational problems in villages and 3T areas, I have the hope to continue to deepen the field of education and leadership.

Hamka in his book entitled Great Personality examines everything that can give rise to personal character, balancing external strength with inner strength, and everything that can weaken a person. What is of concern and interest to me is about "Considering Feelings". In this chapter it is explained how humans must think about what other people feel. Even in terms of leadership, leaders should have an empathetic attitude because lasting relationships are relationships based on love and respect, not because of fear. From here I reflect on how to understand someone, think long and hard about whether the actions I take will hurt, burden or even disturb other people. On the other hand, I have learned a lot to be indifferent to small things.
