Overview
About Me
I was born in Austin, TX and I currently attend University there, but I have travelled and lived everywhere. My parents re-located to California and Florida for a time, and even Toronto and London!
I am not a fan of social media, but I do use What's app and Skype to keep in touch with my friends from around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'll be moving to Dublin, Ireland for Working Holiday and to finish my degree at UCD this December 18, until May 2019.
I have been trying to find a flat share for the better part of 2 months, but since I am not in Dublin yet, I have had no luck.
I'm here on Couchsurfing to make some local friends who can show me the best of Dublin and Ireland in general and help me understand the inner workings of my new home. Like tricks to finding a job for example.
I really cherish all the friends I make across the world and its the most rewarding thing a person can do. I really hope to make some real connections this next year.
Hopefully, I can host the friends I make one day in the next place I call home after Ireland.
In the meantime, I am hoping to find a host for a few nights in Dublin this December, so that I have a place to stay while I interview with potential flat shares around the city.
It would really help me out as this move has already cost so much.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a very international playlist. I love most types of music, and I especially love listening to music from different cultures. My playlist is full of Russian, Swedish, Turkish, Bollywood, Bulgarian, Romanian, and English music from mainstream pop to EDM and Rap.
I can't really narrow down my favorite films, but I love period pieces and vintage films in particular. Anything with Marilyn Monroe, Rock Hudson, Doris Day, or James Dean is a sure fire hit with me.
My favorite book is actually the Iliad, and then of course the Harry Potter series and Chronicles of Narnia.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have travelled to 33 countries, studied abroad 3 times, and interned abroad once. There is nothing I value more than traveling and the people I meet across the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you would like to learn more about America or any of the places I have visited or lived in, I'd be more than happy to share.
I would also be more than happy to help you with your English, Arabic, or Bengali if you were interested.
I also have a background in US immigration laws and procedures from my job in the states, so if you are interested in moving to the states to study or work, I'd be more than happy to provide some tips.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My friends make fun of me for my knowledge of fun facts! Basically, I try to connect with people by talking about all sorts of topics, namely cultures. In other words, I make great conversation.
