Smoking is allowed outside the suite (pool area is fine). Inside the suite is kept clean and fresh.

Complimentary laundry (up to 3 items/day, including ironing) — covered by the hotel.

🤝 Easy check-in vibe
I prefer we meet first in the hotel lobby — quick hello, good vibes check, and clear expectations. After that, the stay feels comfortable for both of us.

• No illegal substances
• Keep the suite clean & respect quiet hours/hotel rules
• No extra visitors inside the suite unless you ask me in advance and I approve
• Please communicate clearly through the app and share your plan/timing

🔐 Trust & security
Because the suite has valuable equipment, I host with a simple assurance — for example: a verified profile with good references, or ID verification at the front desk, or (in some cases) a small refundable security deposit.

📸 Optional bonus (separate from hosting)
Photography is my hobby and I have a professional setup — if you want, we can do a mini photoshoot and I’ll share the photos with you as a gift. Completely optional and separate from hosting.
