About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traveling the world one town at a time, meeting new people, creating a smile on the faces of those whom I meet, knowing more about different cultures and appreciating arts and creativity! In simple words, trying to live and enjoy life, while maybe adding something to it!

ABOUT ME

Trying to learn something new everyday. I appreciate traveling to new places and meeting interesting people every where I go. Just going to a coffee shop and having an interesting conversation with a fellow human being is an experience I always cherish. Point me to a unique library or bookstore in your town and I will be forever grateful. My traveling habits changed overtime and right now I am more interested in experiencing the local's life, culture, history and perspective.

PHILOSOPHY

Under development, not an easy task :D. But one thing I learnt throughout life though, there will always be ups and downs, so take it easy and believe me, smiling back at life always helps! Be brave, enjoy the journey and you will be surprised to how much life has to offer. And don’t forget to cherish the connections and friendships you make along the road, that what counts!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to go to CS events as much as I can and I am always down to hangout with travelers and locals throughout the hangout app whenever possible. If you are visiting a town that I am currently at, please feel free to reach out and if time permits I will try to either meet up or show you around town. I am also on a mission to attend as many couch crashes in the coming few years as possible, since it’s a great way to experience the hidden gems of a city and meet wonderful couchsurfers, so if you in are in a city that is hosting a couch crash soon, I wouldn’t mind a place to crash for night or two ;)! Or if you have time and willing to show me around town, I will be indeed grateful!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is a unique community, and being part of it was a life changing experience for me. I even met some of my best friends through CS, to meet people who share your love for travel and adventure, what else can you ask for! I was lucky to have hosted some great people when I could, been to many CS events in the USA, Asia and Europe, and lucky to have surfed some couches as well. Happy to say that all my experiences have been great so far.

Interests

Having fun, getting to know new and cool friends in every city I visit,,reading, outdoor activities, checking out coffeeshops, bookstores, museums and galleries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I will save that till we meet ;)! But ask me about the details of crossing the US a few of times ( by car, train and hopefully soon by motorcycle). I can also tell you more about that experience of driving and camping across Alaska , under the northen lights some times when we got lucky. Maybe some backpacking trips too ? oh, or stories I heard from fellow travelers which sitting around campfires ?

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that everyone has unique experiences and stories that would just make you feel motivated and ready to quit whatever you are doing and start traveling or following your passion, and believe me, whenever I meet more people from CS and hear their stories, I feel more confident that I will never stop traveling till I see every single place in this wonderful world

What I Can Share with Hosts

Fun, good time, some help with your place if you need, hopefully a meal if you have time and maybe some interesting stories!
