walking, silence, talking, dancing, playing flute, the sun, cooking, eating, smiling, random beat creating, drinking tea, breathing, closing eyes, looking at eyes, sinking into the floor imaging it's the ocean, and standing with stillness in the middle of an early morning park, hearing the birds whistle and leaves rustle.
