I am a civil engineering student living in Turkey.

I was born in Istanbul and lived eighteen years of my life there. Istanbul is a great city to be born in because you can see different people and different lives. My family still lives there so I still spend my summer holidays in Istanbul.

Currently I live in Ankara with 2 housemates. Right now I don't have a plan to travel but would love to host people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I love travelling and meeting new people. It's that simple.

Interests

I am a sports enthusiast. I love to do whatever tires me phsically. I am the captain of my university's american football team. At the same time I am coaching for my university's women's flag football team. I used to play basketball for a long time. I've been working as a part time barista since 2018. And I also practice yoga and weightlifting.

Music, Movies, and Books

I can say that my favourite genre is American rap but I listen everything that sounds good to me. And I have a thing for distopic books. Brave New World from Huxley would be a good example. But I also like strategy books. When it comes to movies I love the ones about history and sci-fi.

I think everbody can learn something from anyone. It's nice to see different cultures and exchange them.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer great friendship (also my housmates') and a cosy couch to sleep. Also we got quality coffee and we can cook well. 😋😋 We have a weightlifting spot with some free weights too.
