I'm share my condo with my sweet little dog. i am in the process of getting it ready for surfers. i have a comfy leather couch in my living room. i can offer ideas on what to do in the area and am a 15 minutes walk away from BART (our subway). 420 friendly. Can smoke cigarettes in designated areas outside but i prefer non-smokers. No drugs. i vape. Must be low-key and mind quiet hours and neighbors. i am very open-minded and would love to hang out if i can. Sorry- recreational facilities off-limits for now. One person is ideal but there is floor space in a crunch for 1++! Bring own linen/blanket/sleeping bag. If you have a dog or cat or snake etc a meetup before would be best to see if they get along with my dog. There are leash laws for dogs in the complex and in town.
