My name is Aida, and I am from a very small country in Central Asia. Kyrgyzstan. It's a mountainous country with a small population. We have popular mountain hiking. And since childhood we get used to outdoor activities.

Now I am studying in Germany.
I always spend my free time in different ways. I am a versatile person and always try to discover something new for myself.
I also try to write podcasts with my friends.
And I try to be a useful member of society.
