I'm just a normal guy. Pretty laid back and quiet. My friends call me "sleepy boi" because I pass out with my cat a lot. I don't party very much, but I like exercising, reading, cooking, and, of course, napping.

I was stranded in Switzerland once without anywhere to go when a wonderful lady saved me from the rain by letting me crash. I just want to pass along the good karma and meet cool people in the process.

I need my calisthenics routine to stay sane, but I can also be pretty lazy. I use cooking and house work as procrastination mechanisms. I'm super nerdy about natural and human history, so I volunteer at the Seattle Aquarium and the Burke museum over the weekends. I also love painting little figurines, but I usually don't have time because I have to prioritize fitness and work. I travel or go backpacking with friends whenever I get the chance.
