CURRENT MISSION

I'm a recently graduated in medicine school taking a gap year. During this year I've travelled to Democratic Republic of Congo, I have lived (and worked as waitress)in London for 6 months and currently I am travelling around South East Asia for 2,5months.

I'm a Catalan girl interested in travelling around the world. I like meeting new people and having fun with them. I love reading, watching series and movies, having a nice dinner with wine...

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Some friends of mine were hosts in Couchsurfing and I met most of their couchsurfers, which was a very nice experience. I thought it was a great mean to know people from all over the world and at the same time to help (and get helped by) those people (like me) who travel with a little budget.

Nowadays I cannot offer my couch because I don´t have even my own home... asap I have one, I will offer it ;)

兴趣

- Travelling: I love Sub-Saharian Africa, South East Asia and I really want to go to South and Central America.
- Reading: one of my favourite books is 1984 (George Orwell) and Le Petit Prince (Antoine de Saint-Exupéry).
- Medicine: I studied Medicine and the next year I will become a GP. I believe in Public Health to everyone, free and universal.
- Diving: I have been raised in a sea side town, and when I was 23 I did the Open Water in Thailand. I have dived in Sulawesi and in Philippines aswell....amazing!!!
- Chating, dancing, drinking with friends and with new people!!
- Learning new languages: I know Catalan, Spanish, French and English and some (mostly bad) words in Egyptian and Italian

Music: I love music in general. I love Pink Floyd, Queen, The Beatles, Dire Straits... but at the same time I listen to Punk Rock, Indie, Reggae, Blues, Soul, 80´s,...
I don´t have much time to watch movies/series and when I can watch them is during the night, but is very hardly to finish a movie bc I fall asleep...so I watch series as: GOT, Modern family, Big Bang Theory,

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- To Have layed in a rocky beach alone with my friends in Legzhira, Morocco
- To Have slept alone with my ex-boyfriend in the middle of Sahara desert, Morocco
- To Have ridden motorbike during the night time in Bali, getting lost but finding a free hotel in front of the beach for me and my friends, with Happy Hour included!
- To Have gone to a Chelsea match in UK with a regular costumer from the pub where I used to work and have sung songs against Totenham (even not playing against them!!) (I am a Barcelona supporter!)
- To have assisted to my youngest brother's birth and cut his umbilical cord.

I can cook Spanish omelette for my hosts, we can share travel experiences or whatever, and we can go out and having fun together!
