I never really liked my home town growing up. Though, the practice of mindfulness has helped me to appreciate it. The simplest things my home town has to offer—its unassuming suburbs, fields of farmland, and farmer’s markets—they are all beautiful.
There is love everywhere, but how often do we see it? Sometimes all we need to be is open.
