Just move to Rio de Janeiro, after recently finishing my Masters degree from the University of Sydney Business School. Prior to Australia, I used to teach and live in Spain for a year in Guadalajara and Toledo but occasionally would work in Madrid sometimes. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and besides Spain, I have also lived and studied in Oxford, England.

I've backpacked through Europe and travel to 20 countries. So yes if your wondering? I still have the travel bug :) I'm still looking for travel buddies as well, I would like to shoot over to New Zealand, Thailand, and Singapore in the Bali.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I started Couchsurfing in England, and instantly fell in love with the philosophy of the website! After completing my abroad program in Oxford, I decided to buy a euro pass, and backpack through Europe.

I managed to travel to about 20 countries, broke, hungry, and excited for what was to come each day. To be honest, without Couchsurfing, I don't know how I would have survived my adventurous trip!

Sometimes I didn't always get a couch, so it gave me more opportunities to sleep on the beaches in Barcelona and Nice! Couchsurfing helped me learned more about myself on a personal level, and hopefully, it will do the same for you!

Intereses

I love learning and constantly growing each day! I can't go a day without giving someone a compliment, and a week without giving someone a hug!

I love going to open mics, night clubs, concerts and to the cinema! I try to stay out of the house as much as I can these days, unless I'm watching Netflix!

Love to travel, and listing to music. I love listening to independent artists before they cross over to the commercial side of music. I find independent artist music more soulful and authentic, you know that shit that gives you butterflies. Haha
