ABOUT ME

Hi world, I really like the idea of courch surfing and meeting others from around the world. I love learning about cultures and customs around the world, espcailly in Europe. I just recently returned from an amazing trip to Italy and France and am looking to return to Europe in the near future! A little about me, I'm 23 years old, fun, outgoing, and always interested in learning more about the world around me. I also live in one of the greatest cities on earth and I love to show people just what an amazing city New York is!

PHILOSOPHY

I always try to live by the saying "it's the journey not the destination" so in that pursuit I try to enjoy each day, and although some days are more special than others, i try to set aside time to truly enjoy myself, whether it be with a nice espresso in the park or having a glass of wine out on my apartment's stoop, or simply a walk around my neighborhood.

I am willing to show you around New York as long as I am available, although I am not willing to give you a couch to sleep on since I have other roommates and we have agreed to keep it a private apartment just for us.

I am very interested in alternative and classic rock. I alo have a profound love for gifted singers/songwriters (Nick Drake, Keren Ann, Damien Jurado, Ryan Adams, etc...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Passing the Eiffel tower on the back of a motorcycle is pretty incredible. I don't think I'll ever forget that experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

I really want to teach those i meet about the differences in lifestyle and culture within American and also between Americans and foreigners. For example, it's quite normal to kiss on the cheek in many countries but very intimate to hug, in America hugging is quite common and kissing is not.
