Hi! My name is Aimée, I'm 21, Dutch and lived the first 18 years of my life in Singapore. The past three years I have been living in Rotterdam in The Netherlands. I am going to be taking a gap year starting this summer (2018) for which I'm moving to Utrecht! I will be traveling (to Croatia with my friends, Italy on my own, Singapore where my parents still live, to China and Thailand and later this year to Africa!), doing internships, working, and looking to get to know some new people along the way!

I love being around people, getting coffees/talking/going on walks/drinking wine/partying with my friends, reading good books, seeing my family, exploring new places, bulldogs, and being outside!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I signed up for Couchsurfing because of my trip to Italy! I will be leaving my friends in Croatia behind and taking a boat to Bari where I will be interrailing from Rome to Florance to Milan where I'm looking for places to stay!
On second thought, I'm sure hosting people once I live in Utrecht will offer many new connections with friendly people!
