About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore Europe one couch at a time
ABOUT ME
I'm friendly, genuine, and a little silly. I enjoy exploring and being outdoors. I love to meet new people, laugh and share stories.
I've always had a wanderlust, and after doing a volunteer year at a mentoring program in Washington, DC, I decided to do a little more traveling in Europe before searching for and settling into a more permanent job.
PHILOSOPHY
"And we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once. And we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh."
-Friedrich Nietzsche

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to be a surfer during my time in Europe the next few months (Oct 2012-Feb 2013) and to host eventually.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I studied abroad in Greece, I'd often go run at the ancient Olympic Stadium near my apartment. There were some winding paths that led up a nearby hill, and at the top there was a breathtaking view of Athens. I used to run there often to think and reflect.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know how to teach the basics for most ballroom dances. I also used to coach tennis and practice Capoeira. I'd like to learn more languages and to expand my cooking repertoire. I'm also trying to learn the guitar and harmonica.
