I have a blind cat. Btw, she has 9 ears. And she's epileptic... Oh, and haven't I mentioned that she's also a Ukrainian war refugee? Anyway, I'll be more than happy to show you some pictures of her. 🐈 (Yes, this was a warning message, huge cat fan here)

And a little bit about just me:

Half Ukrainian, half Hungarian (basically... stuck between cultures) pharmacist girl living in Budapest.
Hyper-social and unsocial at the same time. Chill and stressed. Lazy and hard-working. I am full of controversions and first I can get afraid of new people (oh, and when I am frightened indeed, I start laughing...) but believe me, it's temporary. Once I get to know someone better, I can talk a lot and I am always happy to make new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always wanted to 'use' couchsurfing, but barely had an opportunity before...
I want to host and surf for the experience. I also adore hitchhiking, but I never had the courage to do it alone. Would be cool to meet someone for later journeys! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I translated a short story from Belarusian to Hungarian and it was published in a literature journal: that way I'm among those few people who translated directly from Belarusian literature into Hungarian for the first time.

I lived one week homeless in Budapest. Ok, not so amazing)

Teach, Learn, Share

Languages: teaching Hungarian and Ukrainian words, talking about languages (I look pretty awkward while doing so, though).
Music: I love to discover other nations' less widely known bands and singing together
Food... I love eating and for that I need to love cooking.
