Overview
About Me
I am someone who enjoys partaking in sensory experiences of all kinds. All I want is a good view, some relaxing music and food!
To go for walks, smell flowers and play with ants.
Or to curl up by a water body with a good book.
To have stimulating conversations over a mug of beer or some whiskey.
Or sit down with paper and pen to people watch at a cafe.
There is meaning in madness. Ill tell you all about it over some water colours and tea.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am genuinely fascinated by people. I want to get to know people while they are in their natural habitat.
And save money on hotel rooms while I'm at it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading non fiction, particularly history, culture, philosophy and spirituality.
I think music is best enjoyed live. And I can listen to pretty much anything. But I prefer peaceful music with poetic lyrics.
As for movies, anything that is light hearted and funny goes! But I also have a guilty taste for dark, dystopian movies that are thought provoking.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I cant say I have done anything in this case except make the choice to spend some time volunteering in Auroville.
The amazingness of this experience was determined by the people I met, the stories that were told and the experiences I had here.
I spent my time here meeting people from all over the world, working with various projects and learning and sharing an eclectic range of art forms; Reconnecting with nature and realising that my body is my vehicle, that it needs care to be able to do all the things I want to do and fortunately, understanding what I can bring to this world. All in the middle of rural Tamil Nadu.
More stories over tea and popcorn, I promise.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have studied Bharatnatyam, Psychology and English Literature and Im always open to conversation on these subjects. I grew up very interested in art and crafts and have a few tricks up my sleeve that I'd be more than happy to share.
Ive spent the last year in Tamil Nadu learning about kolams and its far more fascinating than I thought! This is also something I would be happy to share along with a basic yoga session.
