About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Try to make the most of every minute in my life!

ABOUT ME

Hey there!
I was born in Galicia 25 years ago. I'm an incredibly active person, my friends always say I can't stop! And that's probably true, I can't stand being at home doing nothing.
I love to know new people and learn new things.
As long as I can remember, I have always loved to create and invent things as well as play with LEGO... that's why eight years ago I decided to study architecture in the university of A Coruña, in the north of Spain, and then to the Architectural Association in London.

PHILOSOPHY

"If you smile to somebody, that somebody will smile at you"
"Sometimes you learn more interesting and useful stuff with a beer and the right people rather than spending hours in endless, boring lectures"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm pleased of hosting people -whenever I'm able to- I love living different experiences and sharing stories with new people.
I really enjoy Couch surfing because I think that meeting, living and sharing experiences with people from different places and backgrounds, travelling together, discovering, having fun and creating shared memories is something I could only describe as amazing.
For example, something that I really like is when people teach me new words in their languages -not only for say cheers when drinking and having fun when trying to say words with impossible sounds- but also for try communicating with people in their own language and try to understand their culture a little bit more. I love to learn, and I love to ask! And it's great when you find somebody that wants to share with you.
Among other things, I think that when you meet new people from a different background, you learn to understand different opinions, tastes, religions, orientations, and more important, to erase prejudices and learn that at the very end, despite we speak different languages and we behave slightly different, we are all humans.
And being able to understand, respect, and have fun with people that may not think the same way you do, is something great, that makes you live unforgettable moments and helps you grow as a person... and I would add that, I sometimes have learnt more interesting and useful things with a beer and the right people rather than spending hours in endless lectures!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to almost everything, I love from electronic music like Bonobo, to Jazz and Classical music.
I definitely love discovering new kinds of music.

My favourite book? I cannot choose just one!
But definitely Atlas Shrugged would be in the head of the list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling from the US to Spain, spending there four days, travelling back to Copenhague and Trondheim, spending there seven days; fly back to the US and return to Trondheim after ten days.
Ten planes. Many miles.
This has been the craziest trip I've ever made.

Teach, Learn, Share

Maybe some things related with the piano, I'm also quite good in photography.
