I enjoy meeting new people, and I have time for anyone. Enjoy hospitality, music, socialising, church. Also enjoy the outdoors - whether hiking, driving, tramping, farming, building.

PHILOSOPHY

As the writer of Ecclesiastes says, the conclusion of the matter is to serve God, everything else is meaningless. And God is love, shown in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. And so we are inspired to lay down our lives for others. I am 100% inspired by the love of Christ, who says "I was a stranger and you let me in, well done good and faithful servant." But while I know my Lord well, I also respect other people and respect God enough not to shove religion down peoples' throats. I have no TV and my house is full of books, but you have every right to enjoy your couch without being preached at!

My wife and I are happy to host people coming to my town. We have spare beds, not just couches, and nice and close to town.
