I moved from California to Boston two and a half years ago for a job that I am super passionate about. I get to fight for social justice and health care for all and get paid for it. I'm pretty easy going. I love traveling and exploring but haven't been able to do a ton lately. Hoping that will change soon!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My friend/roommate Laura and I will be exploring Europe this winter and are looking for adventurous ways to see as much of the continent as possible. I used to be more active on couchsurfing.com when I was traveling around Australia, but never got around to surfing or hosting. Now is my chance!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was traveling in Australia, I was very eager to CouchSurf, and contacted several people about CouchSurfing, but I never actually ended up doing it :( Soon enough though!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I don't really have a favorite movie, but the movie I can watch over and over is Independence Day. I'm a sucker for Disney movies like The Lion King and Aladdin.

I love all types of music, but my favorite is country music.

Lately I have enjoyed reading books that make me cry.

Sense of humor/laughter, ridiculous facts about the US health care system. My travel buddy and partner in crime who is much cooler than I am, Laura, is a vet tech and naturalist on whale watching boats so she can share all of her knowledge about whales, turtles, etc.
