I'm on a mission to broaden my horizons, meet new people, see new places, etc.

ABOUT ME

I'm 20 years old, currently working abroad in the Netherlands for the summer.

I've never been outside of the US before now, so I'm hoping to experience a lot of new places and people over the next few months.

PHILOSOPHY

I generally subscribe to the whole "do unto others" rule, and I absolutely hate being rude. I can't say if I've figured out my ultimate purpose of being yet, but I would be surprised if many people my age have.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I'm looking at traveling and meeting new people in the places I go, but once I get a better understanding of how this all works I would be open to hosting as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't yet had any experience couchsurfing, but it was highly recommended by a friend of mine so I'm excited to see what experiences I will have.

兴趣

I love composing music and making games, and hope to one day do those professionally. I like thinking about and discussing philosophy and art, or just theorizing about the next Game of Thrones twist.

音乐、电影和书籍

I am a big fan of classical music (Beethoven!) as well as some musicals and the odd few bands from other genres (Queen, Regina Spektor). Movies, books, and TV I'm a little bit more of a mixed bag on, but I will say that I a big fan of Game of Thrones.

I wrote/arranged a piece a few years ago that was performed by my university's orchestra and choir, so that was really cool.

I know a pretty good amount of music theory and computer science, so pretty non-practical. I would love to learn more about cooking, which seems like something a lot of people know how to do.
