Hi, I am AJ, originally from Germany living in Amsterdam since some years. I am a big traveler and into design and it. I did a two year roadtrip from Germany to Australia, traveling with my 40 years old Toyota LandCruiser (he is called Oskar) and a tent up on the roof 😊 I love to travel, and have been to many countries but now I work as a designer in Amsterdam, working 50h a week and can’t travel. So after years of benefiting from Couchsurfing I would like to give something back 😉 I live in a shared flat so I need to ask my roommate. But if she says yes I can offer you a blow-up mattress in a private room aka my home office room so you need to be out by 9 ✌️. But here are a couple of thinks you should know: I consider Couchsurfing a cultural exchange and not a cheap place to stay, if you just need a cheap place to sleep for one night, arrive at 10pm and leave at 8am, or visit Amsterdamfor the drugs, book a Hotel please. If you want to visit Amsterdam for a couple of days and experience the culture and food I am looking forward to your request. 我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For my bachelor degree I lived in an homeless camp in California for two months. Among drug addicts, criminals and murderers sleeping under a plastic sheet like them. It was a really specially experience to be on the button of society and unterstand how hard it can be to leave the street again.

I did a lot of crazy thinks in my live and can tell long stories about it. Most people like it ;) Also I can cook pretty good and like to do it :)
