ABOUT ME

I have an undying thirst for experiences and knowledge. I love adventure and the outdoors. I like to ride my bike. I graduated from California State University of Chico with a BA in a self-created major, Civic Engagement for Sustainability. I can play various instruments. Cooking is fun. Eating is more fun. =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will be on a three month bicycle tour with my best friend, Matt Rossi, with a roundtrip ticket to and from London. Europe is our playground for three months and we are on a very tight budget. In fact, we will probably be completely broke by the end of the trip, if not before the trip ends. If you can accomodate two strapping, young, respecful, freindly, exhausted touring cyclists with shelter and maybe even a shower for a night, we will pay you back with our gratitude. We would be more than happy to offer our physical labor, cook, share stories, or just about anything within reason to stay at your place for night. Cheers and thank you!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed many couches before (not necessarily through couchsurfing.org) and have a way of being comfortable in what may seem like an uncomfrotable situation (ie. concrete floor, uneven ground, wet weather conditions, small spaces, etc.)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

July 2011 bicycle tour with my best friend, Matt Rossi. We rode 500 miles in 10 days from Petaluma to Big Sur and back. It was one of the most beautiful rides along the pacific coast and greatest adventures. Now we are stepping it up and going on a 3 month European bicycle tour!

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about and experience other cultures. I have never been across the Atlantic and would like to see how people live and view the world from across the sea.
