ABOUT ME

Fitness was my first love, but Yoga has become my life. After facing back issues where I was been advised for surgery, that made me pause; I transitioned soulfully into Iyengar Yoga, which now shapes my body, mind, and spirit. My journey started with marathons, ultra cycling, triathlon, calisthenics, martial arts, marathon trainer, and mountaineering—adventures that instilled passion and resilience Today, I'm pursuing a doctorate in Yoga, blending my IT profession with my calling to heal, teach, and explore consciousness.

I practice Iyengar Yoga, which I find deeply meditative, therapeutic, and transformative. For me, asanas are not just physical; they are gateways to higher awareness. Without understanding and working through the body, how can we reach deeper states of consciousness? Yoga unifies the body, refines thoughts, and rebuilds you from within.

While I take the path of solitude to reflect, I also cherish the joy of connecting with groups. Adventure still flows in my blood, and I believe life is meant to be lived fully.

My home in Dhenkanal, Odisha, is open to fellow travelers and seekers. Escape the city and discover the real Odisha—a land of simplicity, culture, and natural beauty. My 2BHK house can accommodate many guests, and my mother will spoil you with delicious Odia dishes. Mahima Gadi, one of the profund sect is near to my hometown, that's a must visit place to know the sustainability way of loving
