Martial arts philosophy. Bruce Lee's philosophy which helps one to built a strong knowledge of every little part of the body. As the dictum goes : "the body is the place of our soul" Therefore, we must take care of it. :)

I try to make people feel better in everyday life just by smiling more, saying hi, helping out or opening doors.

I've hosted until now two person with whom I had great times.
