Hello fellow couch surfers!

Once upon a time I was an avid traveler. Each year I was out of the country doing what I loved best, which is getting to know new people and experiencing other cultures outside of my own. However, with life came a family and the overwhelming need to stay sedentary. After years of not stepping foot on soil other than than the America's I'm ready to dive back into the traveling world and I'd love to share my experience with my family.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to experience a country and it's culture is through the locals. Whether that be natives or expats. I've used it once before years ago during my travels and was able to create a lasting friendship.

Interests

I'm not good at language retention but I love to experience different cultures through food and language. Immersing myself in a country and experiencing the beauty of it with the locals. I also love to have fun and enjoy nature, through hiking and extreme water sports.

Nothing amazing aside from birthing a child, although I've always considered travel one of my many accomplishments. I also attended school in Turkey.
