Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To get out of my shell. I recently stayed in a hostel with a group of very diverse guys. It was a really fun and wholesome experience that left me with a surprisingly positive outlook on the social side of things. I thought I would give surfing a go and maybe even host someday soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moving to France when I was 11. Spending a year in Amboise and then Paris opened my eyes to just how much variety exists in people and how interesting other cultures can be.
I strongly encourage others to pick up at least one other language than their own. For me, it's a way of tapping into centuries of human research that comes from ideas and speech of different people and places.
