ABOUT ME

Hi everyone,
I'm Aki from Tokyo, Japan and currently living in Brisbane.
Living in Brisbane is so different from where I am from but I really like the big sky and laid-back lifestyle here.
I'm currently studying natural medicine and work at home as a massage/beauty therapist.

I like travelling and meeting new people from all over the world.
My husband also loves travelling and he has been to over 35 countries! we have travelled to Bali, Thailand, Cambodia, Singapore, New Zealand and Within Australia together and met lots of nice travelers and locals.

Although we don't really go clubbing and drinking in the city anymore, still love to socialize and meet new people so I thought to try couchsurfing: -) we often organize camping trips, BBQ and home party!

We live in a big house with 4-5 other people. Its safe and very friendly environment. we also have ducks and chickens in our yard and vegetable garden!

Never had the experience though would like to try from now on! I had joined a group meeting in Tokyo and that was pretty fun.

We have a home theater so often have a movie night at home:-)
I like reading non-fictions.

I can teach some Japanese and maybe making sushi rolls and other Japanese cuisines.

I enjoy cooking healthy food so I guess I could share recipes, ideas and of course, tasty meals!!

As I am studying natural medicines Im interested in talking about anything regarding to health issues, nutrition, traditional alternative medicines. Id like to discover more about your country's traditional medicines.

Im interested in learning Spanish as Im planning to go to south america in the near future.
