I like lists, so, here "I" am:

- first Hungarian to thru-hike the 4273 km long Pacific Crest Trail from north to south (2650 mi)
- Info-Bionics Engineer by profession and I have a PhD in medical ultrasound image resolution enhancement
- love photography and hiking (IG: @makra.akos but sometimes I also use my photography account @akos.makra) and can do some juggling with 4 balls
- never bored
- like to experience things instead of not trying it (hello CS! ) and learn something new everyday
- a very easy-going and positive person
- fluent in sarcasm ;)
- expert in lame jokes

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to experience things instead of saying: "Nah, it is not for me/why would people do that / it must be bad". If it turns out that I don't like something, I don't continue then but I definitely try it first :)

I decided to make an account on couchsurfing, because I think it is a great way of meeting people from all over the world and getting a slight taste of how huge our planet is. I was participating three times on an Erasmus internship in different cities (Eindhoven, Florence, Saarbrücken) where I spent all my time with people from different countries and I still miss it, so I thought this is a great way of 'extending' my Erasmus experiences. I think the best moments are the ones which you can share with somebody.
