I am an Alaskan born and raised. I love to adventure, hike, walk, ride bikes, urban exploration, rural exploration, etc. I'm really friendly and I like to help people. I love to learn about people and hear about their stories. I think everyone is interesting and has something to teach me. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During the fall, winter, and spring of 2009/2010 I lived in France with my ex-wife. We traveled around Europe for many months using couchsurfing. We were able to host several times and spent a lot of time in many wonderful people's homes. Now back in the states I am by myself but looking forward to many more wonderful visits with future Couchsurfing friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Simply amazing. Everyone I've ever met, 50+ hosts and 5+ guests were incredible! Couchsurfing is without a doubt the best way to meet and find new people. It never fails to impress.

兴趣

Adventures! I love to be outside and playing. Hiking, Biking, Walking, Camping, Climbing (trees and/or mountains, I"m not picky!), Geocaching, etc. Beyond that, I spend my free time relaxing at home, playing Magic the Gathering, swing dancing and playing board games. I love museums, libraries, art galleries, and book stores.

I like action, science fiction, and comedy movies. Especially romantic comedies. I listen to country and rap music. What? They totally go together! Fantasy is my preferred genre of book.

A wonderful cross country road trip with a great friend in which I saw two countries, multiple states, multiple provinces, countless wild animals, and thousands of miles of road.

I am very good at the card game known as Magic the Gathering. I can speak French moderately well and am always looking to expand my knowledge. Learn: Whatever you can teach me. :)
