ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Akvile and I work as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in a lovely city called Bournemouth, which is about 2 hours away from London. My passion for sports has developed through practising karate and taekwondo for over 13 years (I know you gonna ask me but I never kicked or punched anyone outside of the club :)) )! I`ve been living in the UK since 2013 (time flies!!) and it is an amazing country to live in and explore! I have studied Clinical Exercise Science at Bournemouth University and graduated last year, which now gives me more freedom to travel the world!

TRAVELLING

After my first year of uni I lived in Ibiza for 4 months, which was an unforgettable and crazy experience (I will tell you more about it when we meet up!) and after my second year of uni I moved to America and lived in Miami for 3 months and travelled around the East Coast.

I love travelling and exploring new places! So far I've visited 22 countries and still I've got so many countries left on my "must visit" list!

I love crazy adventures. “It’s better to regret something you did, than something you did not do”. I totally agree with that saying. My next goal is to travel around the West Coast in a backpack. If you`ve done it before all advice is welcome to help me get through it!!!

I think for the moment, I`ve lived in one place for too long and I want to travel, explore meet new people, see places that are not listed on the tripadvisor, go to speakeasy bars that you cannot find on google and just live your regular daily life even if it is only for one day! I believe that staying or meeting someone who knows the area cannot beat any tour guide!

I usually travel on my own and I think it`s the best experience in self-development and self-growth! I like travelling on the budget, therefore instead of me paying for the hotel, let me get you some food or drinks!
