ABOUT ME

Hi everyone!!

If you are open-minded and easy-going and looking for a place to stay in Berlin, you are very welcome to stay at my apartment where my girlfriend (she's also on couchsurfing, see https://www.couchsurfing.org/people/cherryblueberry/ ) and I live.

I'm an architect who is very interested in getting to know the world and traveling around all places. I have lived in Alabama, USA for half a year and been studying in Bari, Italy for one semester.

Also I have traveled many parts of the USA and Europe, and made one big trip to South East Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore) and one to South America (Argentina, Chile). On these journeys, I had the possibility to meet lots of interesting and friendly people. Many times I found very nice people willing to host me as part of the couchsurfing network!

Of course getting around this much also let's me see and take pictures of many interesting architectural places which enriches both my personal and also my university life!

So I want to continue to live this way, see more of the world, and also host travelers from all over the world in Germany!

If you come to our place in Berlin you can enjoy our nice neighborhood called "Schillerkiez" in the very vivid, multi-cultural and interesting borough of Neukölln. Many bars, little shops and cafés as well as the huge Tempelhofer Feld (former airport, now a park) are nearby. The subway (U8 - Leinestraße) will take you to the center in no time.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to do the best out of my life. Travelling, meeting people and make experiences seem to meet that philosophy.

Travelled 2 months through the USA and met lots of great CouchSurfing hosts. Enjoyed that so much that I want to give something back to the CouchSurfing community and host people coming to Berlin.

Interests

I'm interested in many things, e.g. playing piano, photography (my camera: Olympus E-520), architecture and urban design, reading, sports (Soccer, Jogging), travelling and just relaxing.
