Planning a potential volunteer trip to Africa

ABOUT ME

I love to try new things and have a hard time saying no to an adventure!

I am from Ottawa, have lived in Toronto for the last couple years, and have recently moved out west to Calgary.

Eventually I want to move out to Australia or New Zealand and explore that side of the globe while travel nursing. I would also love to do some nursing volunteer trips to Africa and Central America someday.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time being hosted for a night in Vancouver, everyone was very social and welcoming and it was a great time! That first experience made me very excited for more couch surfing in the future.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Running of the Bulls, Pamplona, Spain; terrifyingly amazing, cannot say I would go back but I'm glad I went. Definition of jaw dropping.

Sailing around Croatian islands for a bit over a week

Attending Tomorrowland and meeting wonderful people from so many countries I did not even know existed! (more countries attended than the Olympics)

Eating in Italy and Greece. Enough said.

Backpacking in South America- absolutely everything we did and saw was amazing! From Machu Picchu to the desert to the jungle.

Teach, Learn, Share

Budapest- super underrated and you definitely should go when in Europe!

Ecuador- went to South America more excited for Peru but Ecuador stole my heart.
