About Me

I´'m an spontaneous, chill, and outgoing person. Food is always on my mind and a large part of my life, so I'm always game to try new dishes! I was a chef for 12 years, but have since gone back to bartending, so now I'm opening up my drinking palette.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling the world to eat and drink what the world has to offer. I enjoy talking to people from all walks of life from around the globe, as it opens my perspective on their lives. Hopefully to make meaningful and lasting connections thru Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Faded by Alan Walker, Bailando by Enrique Iglesias, Me Voy Enamorando by Chino y Nacho, Ocean by Martin Garrix, Lost at Sea by Zedd, Despacito by Luis Fonsi, and pretty much anything Swedish House Mafia. Let's just say... I listen to a fair amount of EDM and Latin music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a 19-day trip through Europe by myself in 2017, and ended up meeting the most awesome individuals taking the same trip but through different cities on each leg of the trip. And meeting up with those that have gone off to other cities, just to see them right back at Tomorrowland in Belgium! The music that brought us together, is the bond I share with many of them. I have kept in contact with several of them and have visited each other, or even traveled with to another country!

Teach, Learn, Share

My cooking or even some basics of cooking, like knife handling/techniques or even how to cut onions without crying for some people (or as much for others)! And as long as there isn't a big language barrier, I can also teach snowboarding as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My favorite Mac and Cheese dish, or a variation of it, depending on dietary restrictions. Or even a 2-course meal (appetizer with a steak dinner)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, China, Czech Republic, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
