CURRENT MISSION

Travel to South America and Asia. I also want to go back to Europe and explore some of the regions that are not on tourist maps. Going to any part of the world that grows grapes and turns them into wine is a place that interests me.

ABOUT ME

I presently live and work in the Niagara, Ontario. I was a chef for many years, but I now am one of the lucky ones that teaches cooking for my living. I teach the Culinary Institute in Niagara’s wine country.

I love to cook, love wine, travel, meeting real people and discovering new places. I am very content to go to a market, buy food and cook.

I have hosted a few people, but I am planning my trip to South America this summer so looking forward to meeting peeps whilst there.

I do enjoy traveling in particular to warm countries especially those that produce wine. I love exploring off the beaten track towns and meeting interesting people.
I love my English football and I am a Man United fanatic. I love the water, I love the sun and the summer. Although I live in Canada, I have never skied and hibernate during the winter.
Enjoy golf, but I am crap, but just love being outdoors and relaxing.

Food and wine. I am in Niagara's wine country and also about ten minutes from the falls. Toronto is an hour away. I have one room for guests with a bathroom.
