I'm Alan from Liverpool in the UK. I'm a traveller who loves to meet people! My girlfriend and I quit our jobs 8 months ago to travel the Americas. After travelling around South America for 6 months we arrived in Florida in May and the plan is to road trip around the US for 3 months before flying on to Costa Rica for the next leg of our journey.

We only heard about Couchsurfing recently while travelling South America so haven't had the chance to host anybody yet but look forward to returning the favour once we get home!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just finished travelling South America for 6 months and now continuing the trip through the USA with my girlfriend and need a way of meeting people, getting recommendations while keeping our costs down!

Love all movies and a lot of TV (particularly the office, Always Sunny, game of thrones, breaking bad etc.). Big fan of most music... especially coming from the home of The Beatles!
