ABOUT ME

Let's see. I really enjoy talking with people and learning about them. I like to learn about people's lives and how they think. I find it fascinating.
I'm pretty artsy. I love to be creative. Lately I've been into watercolor painting. I love singing as well. I love being on the beach and spending the whole day in the ocean.
I am also very interested in travel. I feel this thirst to see different places and meet people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to meet people for coffee or show them around my town/state. I'm also interested in possibly couch surfing and meeting people when I travel (upcoming trip to Florida). At the moment I don't own a couch (the love seat really wouldn't be comfortable to sleep on). However, this could change in the future. For now, I just want to meet people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies- Amelie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Superbad. I like funny stuff and movies that make you think. I also really like sarcastic humor (House). For TV I really enjoy It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Office, Weeds, and 30 Rock.

Music- Sublime, Tegan and Sara, Regina Spektor, Jill Scott, The Raveonettes, Pink Floyd, The Pipettes, Cake. I like a lot of different stuff.

Books- The Little Prince, The 5 Love Languages. Currently reading the Everything Career Tests book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sang in Carnegie Hall when I was 18.

I've also been to Japan. While in Japan I was on this boat looking out the window and I witnessed this tiny Japanese woman fish an octopus out of the water and then slam it on the ground until it was dead.
