I’m Alanna, born and raised in Maine! I now live in Illinois with my amazing boyfriend Adam and our two pups and one cat!! We LOVE meeting new people and shedding away from being “touristy”. We love adventure and we are all about having a good time! Adam was in the Marines and is now in nursing school to become a psych nurse to work in mental health for veterans. I am also in nursing school to become a Neonatal Nurse, & eventually a Nurse Midwife. With school it’s hard to travel as much as we’d like, but we recently learned about “couch surfing” and LOVE the idea!! After school we look forward to working as travel nurses and seeing the world!! :) We met at a gym in SC, Adam was my trainer & we have been together ever since! We both compete in shows! Adam competes in bodybuilding and I do bikini! We would love a chance to couch surf as well as host any guest looking to stay in our small cozy town of Freeport!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We’re on couch surfing so we can have more authentic adventures than staying in a hotel!! We love meeting new people around the world and what a good way to do so!

Music, Movies, and Books

WE LOVE ALL MUSIC!!! We’ve gone to rock & country music festivals and want to go to an EDM one this summer! Adam plays drums and we both sing karaoke like the drunk secretary @ the office party, might sound terrible but we’re too oblivious to stop singing lol

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I’ve put up with Adams “corny” jokes for years, but they still make me laugh... is that impressive enough?? If you have the chance to meet us I think you’ll understand my pain lol

On a more serious note I have explored the Costa Rican rainforests and zip lined through them too. I also got the chance to see how they make coffee at the very top of a mountain.
