I’m an easygoing Scotsman looking to experience new parts of the world over the next few months whilst I have a break from working. I love nature, from being on top of a mountain all the way to diving under the sea. I am a very open minded and considerate person and hope to make new friends to share memorable experiences along my way.

I have a wide range of music taste and it's very dependent on the environment I'm in. Rock, jazz, blues, EDM all have their place. I was recently in Ireland and fell in love with the Irish Trad music.

I tend towards the more independent movies when browsing on Netfilx. Something gritty, quirky or slightly odd will get my attention. I love going to the cinema for the immersive experience.

I mostly read non-fiction but looking to broaden my horizons whilst travelling.

I think my favourite experience has been spending 10 days at a retreat in a Buddhist monastery in Nepal.

I'm learning to play the ukulele at the moment - would be great to learn how to jam with other musicians.

I've done a lot of dinghy sailing int he past. I've not done it for a few years but it's like riding a bike, you never forget. I'd be happy to take anyone out on a boat (weather dependent).
